Established in 1908, SHMBC is now a co-working space for high-end businesses and an exclusive professional spot for members of The Australian Club.
The brand values are welcoming, respectful, helpful, excellence, and privacy.
This was not being effectively communicated through their previous branding and website. The online experience lacked cohesion, modern usability, and did not reflect the Centre’s refined heritage.

Old website homepage

I was tasked with rebuilding the brand identity and website from the foundation.
The objective was to create a seamless user experience that simplified the contact process, showcased up-to-date services, and preserved the elegance and tradition that defines Scottish House.
So I started with designing a new logo, visual identity system, and brand platform, ensuring every element reflected the organisation’s values.
A minimal colour palette and an authentic library of icons and photographic assets were introduced to reinforce sophistication and consistency across digital and print touchpoints.
The website’s layout and navigation were streamlined to maintain a classic aesthetic.
The redesigned website led to a 186% increase in contact clicks and a 312% boost in overall visibility.
The refreshed brand presentation successfully bridged traditional elegance with modern digital usability, strengthening the Centre’s presence and appeal among members and professionals alike.
